Email your premodified AK/BK files in TracerCAD or .aop file format directly to ebrace@spinalbraces.com. Select 2lb, EZ (3lb), 4lb, or 6lb density foam and specify your mandrel type, if needed. We will carve the foam blank and send it to your facility for in-house fabrication.

TLSO Carving Services

We will carve the foam blank and send it to your facility for in-house fabrication. Or, if you prefer, we can fabricate the TLSO for you and send it to your facility for patient fitting.
